About St. Paul’s
St. Paul’s Parish welcomes everyone, and invites all to join us in seeking to restore all people to God, and to each other, through sacramental worship and Christlike living.
If you come during one of our Sunday services, an usher will give you an order of worship, which along with the books in the pew racks will help you to follow along. Parishioners seated near you will be glad to help you find your way through our liturgy. The sermon prepares us for the culmination of the service – the celebration of Holy Communion. If you are a baptized Christian from any tradition, you are welcomed to receive Communion. All are welcome to come to the altar rail for a blessing. After the Sunday morning services, you are invited to join us for refreshments and fellowship in Pillsbury Hall.
All visitors are invited to sign our guest register at the rear of the church, and to fill out a yellow visitor card so that we can contact you with more information.

Saint Paul’s offers regular instruction classes for those seeking a deeper knowledge of God and of the Church. The Rector’s Forum -- 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. on Sundays -- is a good introduction to Christian Formation for adults at Saint Paul’s and ideal for those who are unable to commit to regular or extended classes or groups.

Parishioners who have participated in Pilgrims, many more than once, can attest to its powerful invitation to journey farther in our spiritual lives and the lifelong friendships they have formed.
The parish also offers a variety of other formation opportunities, including Bible studies, academic courses, and short weekly seminars.
Getting Involved
Grate Patrol: Click to Enlarge (Photo: Elmer Romero)The parish sponsors many Ministries within our walls, ranging from flower arrangement to reading the lessons at the daily and Sunday services. We also sponsor a variety of Missions outside our walls, ministering to the needy in the local community and around the world, while Pastoral Care fulfils our duty as members of the parish to care about and for one another. Grate Patrol in particular is a mission unique to St. Paul’s Parish that has provided uninterrupted weekend breakfast distribution to the homeless for 24 years.
Becoming a Member
Please contact one of the clergy if you wish to become a member of Saint Paul’s. Newcomers who are Anglicans who wish to join the parish are encouraged to seek letters of transfer from their present parishes; other baptized Christians may simply enroll as members. New members who already are baptized are encouraged to consider enrolling in Pilgrims in Christ to prepare for Confirmation, Reception or Reaffirmation of Baptismal Vows.
Those who wish to be baptized are prepared in the Pilgrims in Christ program to become Christians, and members of the parish, through baptism at the Great Vigil of Easter -- a truly joyous occasion for the entire community.
All members are expected to pledge financial support for the parish, as they are able. Saint Paul's derives no operating income from endowments and must meet all its expenses from annual member giving. Our giving to the parish acknowledges that all that we have and all that we are is a gift from God, and we give back to God the first fruits of what He has so generously given us.
