St. Paul’s Parish is located at 2430 K Street, NW, Washington, DC 20037-1703, on the south side of the street between 24th and 25th Streets.
By Metro Take the Orange or Blue line to the Foggy Bottom station. Walk north on 23rd Street one block to Washington Circle. Follow the circle left (west, or clockwise) to K Street. The church is in the second block on the left (south) side.
By Car Allow extra travel time; the streets around St. Paul's can be confusing in ways that are not always shown clearly on maps. St. Paul's also offers parking. The following directions are not always the most direct, but attempt to be the simplest for a newcomer to follow! Click here to get customized driving directions to our parking lot from Google.
From Northern Virginia, from the west: Take Interstate 66 East and exit at Exit 73 (Lee Highway, the last exit in Virginia). This will merge you on to Lee Highway heading into Rosslyn. At the bottom of the hill, turn left on N. Lynn Street and cross the Key Bridge. On the DC side of the bridge, take the first possible right turn (unmarked) onto the Whitehurst Freeway. At the end of the Whitehurst, bear left onto K Street; at the second light, bear right onto the K Street service road. The church is immediately on the right. For parking, you must circle the block: turn right on 24th Street, right on New Hampshire, right on I (Eye) Street, right on 25th Street, and then right on Snow’s Court halfway between I and Streets.
From Northern Virginia, from the south: Take Interstate 95 North to Interstate 395 North. Exit at Exit 8B and follow signs to Memorial Bridge (via George Washington Parkway, northbound). Cross Memorial Bridge and follow the left lane around the Lincoln Memorial. Turn left (north) onto 23rd Street. Turn left on H Street, and right on 25th Street. For parking, turn right on Snow’s Court halfway between I and K Streets; to reach the church entrance, turn right at the service road for K Street. The church is immediately on the right.
From Northeast, Southeast, and Southwest Washington and Prince George's County, Maryland: Take Constitution Avenue to 23rd Street, Northwest. Turn right (north) on 23rd Street, left on H Street, and right on 25th Street. For parking, turn right on Snow’s Court halfway between I and K Streets; to reach the church entrance, turn right at the service road for K Street. The church is immediately on the right.
- Alternatively, take New York Avenue toward downtown DC; at Mt. Vernon Square, turn left on 9th and immediately right on K Street. Follow K Street until just past 21st Street, then bear right onto the service road to get to Washington Circle. Proceed about three-quarters of the way around the circle and turn right on New Hampshire Avenue, then right on I (Eye) Street and right on 25th Street. For parking, turn right on Snow’s Court halfway between I and K Streets; to reach the church entrance, turn right at the service road for K Street. The church is immediately on the right.
From Northwest DC, Chevy Chase, and Bethesda: Take either Massachusetts Avenue or Connecticut Avenue toward downtown DC. From Massachusetts Avenue, bear right at Sheridan Circle onto 23rd Street southbound; from Connecticut Avenue, turn right at Florida Avenue, which merges into 23rd Street southbound. Follow 23rd to Washington Circle; loop almost halfway around the circle and turn right onto New Hampshire Avenue, then right on I (Eye) Street and right on 25th Street. For parking, turn right on Snow’s Court halfway between I and K Streets; to reach the church entrance, turn right at the service road for K Street. The church is immediately on the right.
From Montgomery County, Maryland: Take the Capital Beltway Inner Loop (495 South) toward Virginia. Exit onto the Cabin John Parkway, which then merges into the Clara Barton Parkway, which then becomes Canal Road NW. Just before reaching the Key Bridge, turn right onto the Whitehurst Freeway (Route 29). At the end of the Whitehurst, bear left onto K Street; at the second light, bear right onto the K Street service road. The church is immediately on the right. For parking, you must circle the block: turn right on 24th Street, right on New Hampshire, right on I (Eye) Street, right on 25th Street, and then right on Snow’s Court halfway between I and Streets.
