Pastoral Care Request

I shall look for the lost one, bring back the stray, bandage the wounded and make the weak strong. I shall be a true shepherd to them. (Ezekiel 34:16)

Pastoral care at St. Paul’s is dedicated to keeping the parish connected to members in need and those who are absent from our Masses for whatever reason. A “need” may be something as simple as a visitor to keep one connected with the affairs of St. Paul’s, or it may be a need for a casserole to reduce the household stress with food preparation. It may, also, be a need to stay connected in communion with the parish via our Lay Eucharistic Visitors, who ensure that homebound parishioners can receive Holy Communion. Please use this form to tell the Pastoral Care Team about your needs or someone else’s.

If you are requesting care for someone else, please enter your name here.
Check all that apply.
Please provide any details about your request -- your specific prayer request, when you need a ride to church, name of hospital and dates of hospitalization, or any other necessary information.
