The Vestry
The Vestry is the governing board of St. Paul’s. The group makes basic decisions about church budget, building plans, and other church business. Full minutes of each vestry meeting are posted on the bulletin board in the hallway in Pillsbury House and are also available below. Twelve members of the congregation are elected to the Vestry for three-year terms, two of whom the Vestry elects as Wardens. The Rector serves on the Vestry ex officio and presides at its meetings. The Vestry also selects a Secretary and Treasurer who are not voting Vestry members.
